5ANOTHER HITMar 31, 2008
By L. Rosenblatt "Devoted Grandma"
I try very hard to pick out just the right toy for my 2 granchildren, 21 months and 24 months old. I wanted a sewing kit that I thought they would enjoy and be able to do themselves. This one is just great. The pieces are thin so they can get the lace right through the pieces without my help. They come in all colors and shapes and they spend about 20 minutes each time they come to visit with this sewing toy. To me 20 minutes sitting in one spot for a 2 year old is well worth the money.

3Not worth the money, very cheapNov 18, 2009

The beads are foam and my 3 year old was able to break them apart very easily.

I would highly recommend the Melissa and Doug Beads, you will have hours more fun, and they are durable !

4Kids love it! But I expected a little more...Nov 21, 2008

My kids love this product so it was a good purchase. However, when it arrived, I was a bit surprised at how small the package was. I was expecting a larger package and for the pieces to be larger. But, overall we're very pleased. I chose these over the wooden lacing beads because it's more interesting and keeps their attention longer.

5My daughter enjoys this toyJan 20, 2011

My 3 year old enjoys making "jewlery" with this set. My only complaint is that they should have included another string or two.

5Love this toyJan 04, 2011

I bought this toy for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She loves it and I would highly recommend it to others. Right now we are just stringing whatever feels good. But as she gets more comfortable with that part I will start showing her how to make patterns.
I am satisfied with the quality but I think a more rambunctious child could break the pieces if they played too hard.
