Most Helpful Customer Reviews + Great Customer Service +Mar 11, 2008 By Lucy As for the nodes- they're alright, they're hard and offer a little extra stability, but they kinda start to bug me after a while- I ordered the 55cm ball based on the height reccomendation, It was smaller than I realized it would be, but I've grown to like it. My first one popped, but I e-mailed customer service and I noticed a response less than an hour later and they sent me another one. It's so nice when a problem with a product doesn't lead to any stress! -Oh and I haven't had any problems with the replacement ball
