My almost 11 month old has a blast when we play "roll the ball" together. It is very bright and holds her attention, plus it is soft and has a pleasant little twinkle when it is rolled. It's a nice change from all the other electronic sounds that come out of baby toys these days!The only complaint that I have is the price, but as much as we have played with this, it has been worth the [price]!

We received this ball 11 years ago, when our first son was born--now our third son is four and still loves playing with it, and we're looking forward to handing it down to our new baby when he is born. It's sturdy, soft, has a nice soft chiming sound, and the colors engage the baby's interest. It's been used in so many indoor games, and has held up perfectly. I'm considering buying another one in case my four year old is reluctant to pass it on to his younger sibling! An excellent baby gift for new parents.

My daughter (6 months)likes this, it has bright colors and it is soft so she doesn't get hurt while wacking or kicking at it. It has a cute little bell/chime sound which is nice. I did expect this to be bigger though. I would say it is more of a medium ball than a large as described.

I bought this for my 7-month-old grandson. He absolutely loves it. It's soft enough for him to get a grip on it and doesn't hurt to pound on it or lay on top of it. It's also safe when he throws or rolls it to his sister. He loves the bright colors.

This ball is soft and colorful. It has a good size and It is easy for a baby to grab it. It is also machine washable. I think it is a great first ball for a kid.
