great self-teaching bookOct 19, 2009
My ten-year-old daughter has been using this book and it is perfect for her to do independently. It is not so basic that it seems "babyish," yet it is not so difficult that it causes frustration, either.

No Tears In Our Home AnymoreOct 20, 2006
I was introduced to this author by our son's O.T. originally.I have used this program for my own children because of the simplicity of use. It is a clear, concise, successful way for children to remediate skills, and for those who are just beginning to learn them.
I lived through the tears,frustration and loss of self-esteem with one child, and took no chances with our other children.Those who have learning challenges, "delays", or are late bloomers can be successful and feel proud of their writing!
I love the incremental approach and visual ease of the books.
Jan Olsen has made an enormous contribution to education with this series!

Jan Olsen is an occupational therapist. She designed cursive techniques that are easy for every child. The techniques are demonstrated with clear, fun and easy to follow directions. Every child will feel successful with these techniques.
