4very adorable, perfect for what I needed.Dec 10, 2008
By F. Rogers "fai the rooski"
Recently I've moved in to my own little room. There is no door, but instead a curtain, and people were confused as to how they should go about getting my attention before coming in. I remembered fondly a doorbell I had when I was about 9 that served the same purpose.

Needless to say, I bought it. It chimes 3 times and even lights up when the exterior button is pressed, so this doorbell could even be ideal for the hard of hearing, now that I think about it.

The only downfall I had with this product/seller is that the screws on the battery case are very hard to loosen. The doorbell set itself is also not the same color as indicated on the product image, but instead it has 3 rings, all in the petal shape seen in the image, they are white, purple and pink. It doesn't matter too much, however, since I haven't quite figured out the interior of my room.

Overall a great buy.

Adorable doorbell for a little girls bedroom. Has a pleasant ring. We did not have any issues listed in other reviews. I bought 2 extras for birthday party gifts.

2Too loud, and it goes off by itself! I am returning it!Jan 05, 2010
By A. Downey
This is a cute doorbell, but it is extremely loud. I tried putting tape over the speaker part but it was still way too loud. The worst, however, is that it kept going off by itself without anyone touching it. We had to take the batteries out to get it to stop. I'm returning it today for a refund. If my daughter still wants a doorbell I will look for a different model.

1Broken out of the boxJan 04, 2012

I purchased this doorbell in October 2011 thinking I would be ahead of the game for Christmas. On Christmas morning my daughter opened her doorbell thrilled, however after we put the batteries in nothing happened. The doorbell did not even work. To return it I have to pay shipping and handling which is almost as much as the doorbell.
Extremely disappointed.

Santa left one for each of my daughters and after many attempts and batteries later we never did get them to work....very upsetting to my girls....would have been a perfect gift/idea if they actually would have been able to use them!!!! :(
