3Cute but not perfectNov 13, 2009
I bought this set because of its portability and the 4 different sides: a mirror with noisy cat ears, a birds and a nest, a "singing" fish in a bowl, and a hide-and-seek little bugs side. It's indeed very portable.
My son was about 4 months old, so it was for tummy-time, then for sitting-time. My son was first interested only in the mirror, and not for long, while on his tummy. When I bought it, it didn't come with the teethers on the mirror side. Only much later, by 8 months, did he decide to play a little more with it, the ringing fish, discovering the bugs under the leaves... Mostly, he likes to put the birds in the nest - now at 11 months, he actually likes to put them wherever he finds a prospective place for them.
Overall, while it seemed interesting to me, I was expecting more interest from the baby in this set, and I am a little disappointed. I would not buy it again, although we still use it on a regular basis.

3Not that engaging =(Nov 06, 2009
I purchased this when my daughter was 2 months old (now 5 months), and it has yet to engage her significantly. Part of the problem I think is the angle of the sides. Flat on her tummy without pushing up with her arms, she can't see herself in the mirror or the view the activities. If she does lift herself up so she can see things, then her hands aren't available to manipulate the 3 activity sides! She DOES like to push up and look at herself in the mirror, but a crib/floor mirror is half the price and would do that same job.

2Not As Great As I Had HopedOct 06, 2009
I bought this for my son because he is in PT and needed to increase his tummy time. However, he is less than wowed by this activity center and just rolls off his tummy and away from it whenever I try to get him to play with it. The actual product that I received doesn't even include all of the pieces that are shown in the picture. Don't waste your money!

2Not worth the $$$$$$$Aug 31, 2009
This product is not worth the money. You can find a better quality toy than this one. It's flimsy and just wasn't what I expected at all. My son just threw it out of his way and never touched it again. He was already 5 months old but I thought this would help him with tummy time beacuse he hated being on his tummy.

5Great purchase - money well spentMay 22, 2009
Our daughter has reflux and hated tummy time. This toy interested her enough to distract her from the discomfort. She went from barely being able to hold her head up on the floor to holding up on both elbows, to reaching out to crinkle the peek-a-boo leaves on the side over the space of two weeks.
This is still a favorite toy even though she is sitting up now. I'm not sure why it is so hard to find in stores - thank god for amazon or we wouldn't have found it.
If your child is having trouble with tummy time or just gets bored and frustrated with it no matter what you do, this is the toy for you!
