Great little stress relieverOct 28, 2009

I ordered this Isolkinetics Hand Exercise Squeeze ball because I thought it would help with tension and stress relief and might also help with occasional stiffness from writing or doing other tasks. I got a green one and it seems to work very well. I suppose there isn't much that could go wrong with one of these things, but the green one which is a medium resistance level seems about right for my purposes. The egg shape is nice and has an interesting look. It would probably be a good product for someone with arthritis or other conditions affecting the flexibility of the hands. It would also be helpful in improving one's grip.

Works very nicelyOct 23, 2008
By Micki Collar I recently had carpal tunnel release surgery and in order to avoid having to go in to the doctor's office for physical therapy I struck a deal with him that I would do exercises at home. I ordered these balls and they are perfect for helping me to increase my grip strength. I can do it while watching TV. They are also easy to wash with mild soap and water. Dry with a towel.
The hard part is keeping my children AWAY from them... they seem to disappear every time I want to use them. LOL.

Overall Great Stress BallOct 10, 2009
By Lindsay This is a great stress ball to work on my anxiety and stress. I got the extra soft and soft and they are just perfect. I got one egg shaped & one ball shaped. I think I like the ball shaped better, but it's not that big of a difference. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the texture is sticky, any time I drop the ball it ends up picking up some of my 3 pets' hair. Even though I vacuum all of the time, any time you drop it, stuff gets on it especially hair if you have pets. And while it is easy to wash off, I just wish it wasn't so sticky because having to wash the ball any time I drop it is kind of a hassle. But what I like about the texture is that it is long lasting and you'll have it forever cause it won't break.

Easy, convenient and effectiveApr 12, 2010
By K. bloch I found this product while searching Amazon for therapeutic putty for my stiff hands. I am 49 and have developed mild morning stiffness. When I found these exercisers, I decided to try them instead after some reviewers stated that they were not messy like the putty. I purchased three densities; medium, firm and soft. I LOVE all of them. I keep one in my night stand to use right away, and another in the kitchen. The third one I keep in the car to use when I am stuck in traffic. It has been about one month and I have noticed improvement in strength and agility. They are also great for use after long sessions on the computer. Because of the colorful and cute shapes, the whole family likes them -- my teenage son uses them as a hand workout for his baseball pitching.
