4Kids really likedDec 27, 2007
By Gifty Guru
I bought these for 3 boys for Christmas (ages 7, 7 and 6) and they really liked them. It was one of the first things that they took out of the packaging and had to try out. They do work. I didn't want to invest in the whole "spy kit" when all of the pieces will be lost before the new year so I thought that they would get a kick out of these glasses. And they did. Good buy!

3Good Rearview Spyglasses for the priceJul 10, 2011
By Roberto
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2X4JZHCZ0ZPRF Rearview Spy Glasses I want these rear-view spy glasses for a special application. I want to speak to passersby in a crowed open marketplace through a loud speaker without the listeners being able to see who is talking to them. I will be some distance off speaking into
a wireless lapel microphone, but will sit with my back to the listeners so they can't see me talking. These Spy Glasses enable me to watch my listeners and see their reactions without giving myself away.

1Disappointed and confusedDec 20, 2010
By Jennifer
I just gave this away as a Christmas present this afternoon to my nephew. I was disappointed when he opened them up. Unless I got a defective version, the glasses didn't have any screws or anything to hold the ear pieces onto the glasses. With even a gentle touch, the ear pieces fall off the glasses. It doesn't make any sense! I checked the package several times for any missing pieces that I would need to use to attach the ear pieces to the glasses and there was nothing. So basically, I doubt he'll ever use them because I can see one of the ear pieces getting lost and it takes an adult to try to shimmy the ear piece into the main part of the glasses even for a temporary hold.

Also, the packaging of the glasses I received was different than what it shown in the picture. The ones I received were in a a rectangular box...maybe the ones in the plastic packaging are OK. Anyways, I can't recommend this product at all. Sorry!

1Horribly Made: Broke BEFORE First UseNov 24, 2011
By Robert Paterson
I understand that some toys are cheaply made, but that's no excuse for something to break before you even use it. We literally opened the box, opened the temples and immediately, one broke off. Mind you, it wasn't forced at all, we just unfolded it. Total piece of junk. I wish they would charge twice the price and make something that doesn't break so easily.

Even putting them up to your eyes, broken or not, they don't seem to be made well. One side is mirrored, the other is normal. You have to look to the left to see behind you, which doesn't seem possible with both eyes at once.

I can't recommend this at all. Worst toy ever.

1Not even same brand!!Dec 20, 2011
By bryn sullivan
I bought these because I'd had luck with the "Alex" brand before. I was sent glasses that weren't even the same brand. They'll be a stocking stuffer - and they'll probably be fine - but I should get what the picture reflects.
