Make sure you ALWAYS have your Rocket Balloons and pump handy for a fun-filled few hours! Attach the end of the balloon rocket over the pump nozzle. Push and pull the pump chamber in a back and forth motion. The balloon rocket will begin to fill with air. When filled to your likings, let the balloon rocket go!! We are in college but we all still had a lot of fun trying to race the balloons and seeing how high we could get them to go. While I cannot endorse that the balloons can be used "over and over again" since many of them burst while filling with air and most burst at some point, it doesn't really matter because they absolutely loved it and the refills are very inexpensive. The way the balloons are made, they fly really far into the air, spin around and make a really funny noise when they fly! The first thing, however, to make sure of with these it to only give your child 1 or 2 balloons at a time and have them chase them or else you will have littered the entire park in ten minutes. You pump them up and they shoot straight up in the air making a great pfzzzoom sound and then they come floating down. My five grandchildren love them. These are very simple, non-electronic good fun toys. My grandkids, age 3-12 all laugh each time a balloon goes up. I'm glad I found this on-line. I was afraid rocket balloons were gone forever.
