This product is fun in the bath tub and outside the bath tub as my son loves fish! But the little fish are made of foam so when he chews on them they tear apart easily so this could very well be a choking hazard. I wouldnt suggest it for little ones unless being supervised as they always should be in the tub anyway but outside the tub with this as well. Very cute idea though.
