Old Fashioned Metal Jacks & BallFeb 18, 2010 Recently I had some young girls over the house and we played jacks. I used to play jacks when I was a young girl and loved it. I was amazed at how uncoordinated the girls were. This game helped teach eye-hand coordination and a lot more and we had fun at the same time. Get rid of the computer and TV and have some real fun.

Jacks great, ball could be betterDec 30, 2009 My kids each got a set of these jacks for Christmas. The jacks themselves are great, the metal, sturdy ones I remember from when I was a kid. The ball is not the super bouncy thing I expected. You have to work a little harder to make it bounce. But, the set is still worth it since the ball can be replaced easily enough.

Jack be Nimble!Jul 11, 2009 Oh, how I loved playing jacks as a child. My son saw someone playing on television and wanted to try. I tried finding a pair at Wal-Mart, but only found the crappy plastic ones. We tried using those, but they were just too big.
So, amazon to the rescue! These are almost like the ones I had as a child. Much better than the crap from Wal-Mart.
Good ol days!Jun 12, 2009 What fun memories this brought back and it teaches math skills to young children. You can't go wrong with this game!

Jacks bring back memoriesMar 05, 2009 My son was playing with rubber jacks at the afterschool program and I kept telling him that when I was a kid jacks were metal. I decided to buy these (actually 3 packs). I kept 2 and gave one to the program. All the kids love these. I am thinking of ordering a few more packs.
Thanks:)
