My 2 1/2 year old son was enjoying playing this game with his older cousins. I've been teaching him his alphabet and it really showed me how many letters he really did know. The 4 year old cousin enjoyed a spelling and letter recognitation also. The 7 year old cousin enjoyed the spelling and playing with his cousin and brother.The game has small pieces so I'd make sure your child is not putting anything in his mouth any longer and if you have other little child that the pieces be kept out of reach.
