The tub is rather small (I thought it would be much larger) and the pieces are plastic (I thought they would be wooden and larger in size). I thought this was going to be a large tub of wooden beads to have my child improve their fine motor skills. Wooden blocks would be much better to lace on a string due to their weight. I will be returning this item.
