THE TIE NOT WATER BALLOON with Nozzle and Knotter..
I Have bought a few water balloon devices in the past.
THIS was by far the best!
... All youth were able to use the knotter and add the water. It works!
Adults and youth enjoyed the water balloon toss at our church picnic.
I will purchase again.

this is amazing, kind of hard to figure out at first but once you get the hang of it, it's simple fun and fast, also the balloons that come with it are great 5" when most water balloons are 3" and they're long-necked overall great and worth the money but the color is not white it's like a really light blue I like it, most won't, but it's only the color, well worth the money, buy it now!

I purchased this producr because I was tired of tieing water balloon knots for my 7 year old. Unfortunately the knot tool was still too difficult for him to tie his own water balloons. On the positive it has made it easier for me to tie the water balloons.
I would think that a 10 year old would be able to use this to tie balloons as my 7 year old does get close.

We had to fill and tie about 500 water balloons for a school field day. Without this tool, it would have been very difficult, not to mention painful on the fingers. It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it, but once you do, you can tie a balloon in 2-3 seconds.
Note that this tool doesn't work as well for air-filled balloons. Without the weight of the water, it is harder to use. And larger air balloons have ends that are too thick for the slot. But for water balloons - what it is designed for after all - it can't be beat! I won't tie water balloons without it.

I needed some balloons of this size for a craft project and was extremely excited about the knotter. It always hurt my fingers to tie knots in the tiny balloons. This thing was great! It was so easy. The instructions were simple and straightforward. I had my daughter blow up the balloons with a foot pump that came with our exercise ball and I tied the knots with the knotter. We knocked out 50 balloons in about 15 minutes or so.
Some of the balloons came out completely unusable - with holes in them to start. The manufacturing quality was not high. So if you need 100 balloons, get two packages. I needed 50, so we were fine. I think we threw out about 10 out of 60 to get 50 that we could use.
