My grandaughter is 6 years old and loves the baton. It's lightweight so it wouldn't cause damage to her or furniture. Both her mom and I had one growing up and we wanted her to have fun, too.

Nice little batons, but overall smaller and lighter than when I was a kid. They are made well and the grandkids love them. Good price.

When I discovered my 9 yr old niece had never had a baton, I set out to get her one. I had no idea how difficult that would be! When I was her age, they were everywhere!! Now, Walmart doesn't even sell them. Anyway, I found this one and I actually bought 3 because I am fixing to be a foster mom. The only thing is the ad didn't tell the length, which is 21" and is perfect for the 7 to 10 year old beginners. I hope she enjoys it as much as I did!

Purchased this baton for my 5 year old. She has really enjoyed it. Made of light weight metal, which makes it more like a "real" baton then those plastic ones. Very impressed.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas. It is a great baton at a great price. Nothing special, just a standard baton, but it does the trick! We're watching how to videos on youtube so she can learn that way.
