I've used similar before and my daughter had fun chasing and playing with the resulting bubbles. The first thing I noticed is that when I opened it there was a strong smell of elmers glue. The second thing I noticed was that is was impossible to blow bubbles. 3 different folks tried it and had zero success.... not even 1. We tried blowing lightly, blowing hard, waving the wand, etc. I thought maybe it was too strongly mixed, so I added some water. Still no bubbles. Schmidt-Ott Making bubbles is extremely difficult, they do burst (are not touchable)and the product is no fun for children. I assume that the item is old and that the liquid has degraded.
