Sensory Interventions Returns & Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item and item must have an accompanying Return Authorization (RA) number to be accepted. You may obtain an RA number by contacting Sensory Interventions by email at 4servicenow@gmail.com   The RA number should be printed clearly on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded. All returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of when the RA was issued.
Any items returned must be in new or like-new condition, in the original manufacturer's packaging and in resalable condition. If for any reason the item appears used, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Special order items and items that have been discontinued are not refundable.
Credit will be issued on the returned item for the purchase price only. All credits will be in the same form as payment received. We do not refund the original shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs.
We also recommend purchasing insurance for all returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping. Under no circumstances will Find Cool Toys reimburse any expedited shipping charges for returned merchandise.
